Established almost three centuries ago, by Her Highness Queen Ahilyabai Holkar, the Maheshwari Saree was initially woven for the Royal family and their guests! The wispy fabric with zari border designs inspired by the patterns in the Royal fort drapes easily and is light, and breathable! These sarees continue to be woven on the handloom and win the admiration of women around the globe!
