Chikankari sarees have a timeless appeal. The tradition goes back several centuries ago when the Mughal Royals brought this art form to India from Persia 5 centuries ago. This royal and meticulous embroidery technique remains highly sought after. This saree features hand chikankari work on a Georgette fabric. The top of the pleats area is left black to allow for a smooth tuck and not bulk up.

The saree is embellished with dainty Mukeish work, which is done by hand. This saree is ready to wear with fall and pico done. An unstitched blouse fabric is included.
